New York Giants place Reggie Ragland on...

The New York Giants made a series of roster moves on Tuesday, placing linebacker Blake Martinez and safety Joshua Kalu on the Reserve/COVID-19 list. They also removed rookie wide receiver Kadarius Toney from the same list.

Later in the evening, the Giants also announced that linebacker Reggie Ragland, who was signed during free agency, would start training camp on the Reserve/Non-Football Injury list with a hamstring issue.

Ragland joins linebacker Ryan Anderson (back) and running back Sandro Platzgummer (hamstring), who were placed on the Reserve/NFI list last week.

Additionally, the Giants had previously placed running back Saquon Barkley (knee), offensive lineman Matt Peart (back), center Jonotthan Harrison (hamstring), tight end Kyle Rudolph (foot), linebacker Oshane Ximines (hamstring) and rookie cornerback Aaron Robinson (core muscle) on the Active/PUP list.

With both Martinez and Ragland sidelined for the start of camp, expect to see Tae Crowder and Carter Coughlin (and Devante Downs) get extra work on the inside.
